All items are shipped internationally from the Netherlands via DHL or POSTNL at a flat rate of €5 for orders from the Netherlands and Western Europe, €10 for the rest of countries in the European Union, Norway and Switzerland, and €15 for all other countries that are not on this lists.

You will be provided with tracking details as soon as your order has been shipped. Within the EU shipping usually takes 3-8 business days. For the rest of the world delivery times will vary depending on the receiving country & customs clearance times. Check estimated transit times here.

Any delivery date or time specified by FONOTT is a best estimate only, and FONOTT will be not liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. 

Return Policy

You can return the product if the original FONOTT hang tag is still attached within 14 days of receipt. After 14 days, the order is final. The returned package must contain the filled out refund sheet included in your original package.

We process refunds on any unused items when returned by post to FONOTT within 14 days of receipt. The buyer will be notified by email once the return has been processed. The price paid for the returned item will be refunded to the buyer’s original payment method.

Return costs are for the buyer. FONOTT will not accept carriage due or payment on delivery and will not pay return charges – these are at the buyer’s cost and it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure a tracked and recorded service is used.

Exchanges are not possible. We will only make exception in the unlikely event of your order being faulty or unfit for purpose. If you want to exchange your item anyway please return the purchased item according to our Return Policy and place a new order.
